You can ask for a refund or return if:
You receive a damaged or unhealthy plant (send photo proof within 24 hours of delivery).
You get the wrong item.
The product is defective or very different from what was described.
2. ❌ What Cannot Be Returned
Live plants and perishables: These cannot be returned once delivered in good condition.
Change of mind: We don’t accept returns if you just don’t want the product anymore.
Neglect: If the plant dies due to lack of proper care, it doesn’t qualify for a refund.
